• In the event of any unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction and/or distribution of any study material, seminar/or video that is property of Trading Direction, Trading Direction Academy would be authorized to initiate any punitive or legal action against the same.
• Attend all sessions if enrolled in a program or seek prior permission for absences.
• Once enrolled in a program, you have to attend all sessions, in case of absence in emergency situations, Trading Direction Admin. must be informed, or in other cases, prior permission needs to be taken from Trading Direction Admin.
• Do not use Trading Direction Webinars/seminars for advertising or solicitation.
• Understand that trading results are your responsibility, and no profit guarantees are provided. You should not expect any advisory service / tips about buying/ selling from Trading Direction.
• You are bound not to cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the website. With our prior permission limited use may be allowed. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the website is not permitted.
